A forwarder organizes transport and communication between the customer and the partner performing the shipment. This involves more than reserving a truck: route, availability, capacity and cargo requirements must match.
From request to confirmation
We collect the details, check transport options and clarify terms with the parties involved. Rate, date and responsibilities are agreed for the specific request. The shipment is confirmed after agreement on those terms.
Documents and communication
We discuss required documents according to cargo and route and maintain communication for collection and delivery. For customs formalities or additional services, who performs them and what the quote includes must be agreed separately.
