FCL and LCL: two booking formats
FCL means a container reserved for your load. LCL means cargo consolidated with other loads. Selection requires volume, weight, packaging and handling details; availability is confirmed for the requested ports and period.
What the request should include
Provide origin country and city, destination, cargo description, weight and dimensions. Send preferred ports or commercial terms already agreed with the supplier. State whether the road leg to the final address is also needed.
Clarifying the quote components
Before confirmation we discuss the main freight leg, collection, delivery, port operations and documents included in the quote. Ro-Ro or other options are checked on request. We do not publish universal transit times: schedules depend on the specific route and booking.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have regular departures from every port?
Availability is checked through partners for the requested ports and dates. Submitting a form is not a booking.
Is customs clearance included?
Customs services and responsibilities must be confirmed separately in the quote.
