Practical guide

What information is needed for a freight quote?

A clear request reduces follow-up questions and helps check for a suitable vehicle. Prepare these details before comparing quotes.

Request a quote

Route and date

Provide loading and unloading cities and countries. Addresses and postal codes help calculate the route. State cargo availability date and desired delivery window, including hours or loading-point access restrictions.

Cargo and occupied space

Describe the product, packaging, gross weight and dimensions. For pallets, send the count and individual dimensions, not only total weight. State stackability and whether rear or side loading is possible.

Special requirements and contact

Temperature, fragility and special handling conditions must be known from the first request. Mention documents already available and who can answer questions. The A&R Global form lets you start with basic details and then add more information.
